Eligibility
Financial assistance and resources for customized training
involving employees of new or expanding Ohio manufacturers,
including orientation training, technical training, management
training and production training.
Incentive/Benefit
Reimbursement possible for up to 50% of the instructional cost
of training, as well as 50% of the cost of instructional
materials, curriculum development, train-the trainer and other
training-related costs.
Requirements
Expanding manufacturing business with job creation and/or
retention; changes in production; improvement in
labor/management relations; grants awarded on an incentive
basis.
