Reservations for a shelter or log cabin will be made through the Parks & Recreation Dept. at One Renaissance Center, 4th Floor, 345 High Street, Hamilton, OH 45011, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Phone number is (513) 785-7060. 2. Reservations will only be taken for shelters and log cabins. All other picnic areas will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. 3. Permits must be presented to the caretaker upon request at the park. 4. Reservee will be responsible for each person in the group and shall assume full responsibility and liability for all persons in attendance. 5. Each group will assume liability for damage to buildings, equipment and park and will leave facilities free of litter, tables in place, etc. 6. All picnic areas close at dusk. 7. All motor vehicles must remain on roadways or in parking areas at all times. 8. Mini-bikes, motorbikes, motor scooters, motorcycles, etc. are prohibited within the parks except as a means of entering and exiting on the permanent roadway. 9. Failure to arrive within an hour after your scheduled reservation will result in the cancellation of your reservation. 10. No rain checks will be given out. 11. No alcoholic beverages permitted in parks. 12. No horseshoes in playground and congested areas. |
