Historic Design Review Board

Projects located within one of the City’s historic districts involving exterior work may require a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Hamilton Historic Design Review Board. Plans are required for review as follows:

1. A completed building permit application.
2. Two copies of construction plans.
3. Two copies of a plot plan of the property

Applications and plans are submitted through the Construction Services Division for review and approval by the Planning Division. Please do not hesitate to contact that office with any questions or concerns, 785-7354.
