Itinerant Vendor (Peddler) Requirements Permits for itinerant (temporary) vendors (peddlers) are issued by the City of Hamilton, Construction Services Division. Plans are required for zoning review as follows:
Applications and plans are submitted through the Construction Services Division for review and approval by the Planning & Zoning Division. Please do not hesitate to contact that office with any questions or concerns, 785-7367. When plans are approved, customer takes permit to Finance Department to issue license. Business (Vendor) License (vendor's license for a business with a permanent location) are issued by the Butler County Auditor’s Office. For each location, a separate license must be obtained. The fee is $25.00. Applications for a vendor’s license can be downloaded from the county website. You may mail or hand deliver the completed application to: Kay Rogers,

Please include a business check or money order for $25.00 for a vendor’s
license made payable to Carole B. Mosketti, Butler County Treasurer. The
Auditor accepts payment by check money order or credit card
(Visa/MasterCard). |
