The City of Hamilton offers several convenient ways to pay your utility bill. By clicking on the EZ Pay link on the left or by calling 1-800-430-1623, you may use the City's EZ Pay System 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. In addition, your payment can be taken directly from your checking or savings account simply by providing basic account information. Payments can also be returned using the mailing envelope provided with the bill. You can pay in person or by mail to the City of Hamilton, Customer Service Division, 345 High Street, First Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Cashiers are available to receive your payment from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. For customer convenience, a night depository is available for accepting utility payments day or night. The depository is located on the Court Street side of One Renaissance Center next to the curb. The depository is collected each business day morning. Utility payments may be made at several financial institution offices located within the City (participating institutions are shown on the back of the utility bill). Only full bill amounts as shown on the utility bill are authorized for acceptance by financial institution personnel. Some financial institutions may charge a fee for this service. Utility payments can be made automatically for customers who use the BillPayer 2000 service. This service will automatically transfer the exact amount of the customer's bill from a checking account to the City on the due date of the current utility bill. The cost for this service is usually less than the cost of a stamp. Call 763-2000 to start using BillPayer 2000 or to find out more about this convenient way to pay your utility bill each month. |
