Projects located within one of the City’s historic districts involving exterior work may require a Certificate of Appropriateness from the Hamilton Architectural Design Review Board (ADRB). Plans are required for review as follows:
- A completed building permit application.
- Two copies of construction plans.
- Two copies of a plot plan of the property
