Hamilton offers access, via State Route 4 and Bypass State Route 4, to a variety of interstate highways, including I-75, I-71, I-275, and I-74. The Veterans Highway (State Route 129), a limited access 4-lane divided highway provides Hamilton with direct access to I-75.

Located 35 miles south of Hamilton is the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, offering 540 daily flights, including nonstop flights to 110 cities around the world. This airport serves as
the hub for Delta Airlines with direct daily flights to Paris, American Airlines, United, U.S. Airways, Comair, Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines, and  USA 3000.

Dayton International Airport, located 45 miles northeast of Hamilton, is serviced by Air Canada, American Airlines, American Eagle, Continental Airlines, Continental Express, Delta, Frontier Airlines, Northwest Airlines, NOrthwest Airlink, Midwest Connect, United Airlines, United Express, U.S. Airways, and U.S. Airways Express. This airport offers over 85 daily flights, including nonstop flights to 23 cities.

The Butler County Regional Airport, located in Hamilton, provides air taxi service to and from the Dayton and Cincinnati airports, and has been designed to accommodate even the most demanding corporate flight departments. The allweather 5,500 foot, 100 foot wide paved runway, is equipped
with Localizer DME, NDB, and GPS approaches. Executive and corporate hangars are available for long-term or overnight storage.
