UtilityPay – New Online Account Portal

The City of Hamilton is excited to announce its new account management portal, UtilityPay. UtilityPay helps customers manage their utility account information online. Customers now can choose to enroll in automatic payments and paperless billing, see current and past bills, make a one-time payment, link multiple accounts and sign up for pay by text.
